We try our level best to send orders out in one delivery, if your order is sent in two deliveries, don't worry you will not be charged for the additional delivery. However, your card statement may show you order value split into separate charges corresponding to each despatch. NB. Promotional codes cannot be used on the website during sale times.

At Christmas we extend our returns policy as we know many items are being given as gifts and may need more time to exchange or refund if gifts are unsuitable. Express delivery is only available on UK mainland* orders, it costs £6.95. We can deliver the next working day if order is placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm. Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.You need to notify ourselves within the 7 day cancellation period via written email communication to comply.
When you place an order, we will inform you which delivery services are available. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. If we cannot supply goods within our specified time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay. In requesting delivery of a product, you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general sight.
At Regatta Outlet we offer a 100% guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 14 days. We will refund you in full. We process returns as soon as they arrive, however during extremely busy periods please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week. Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Collect+ to your local Regatta store.

When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label.
Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.

2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.

A returns form is included in your parcel. This slip is your proof of purchase. Please complete the returns form and enclose it with the goods you are returning to:

Please note, when sending a return, the parcel and postage cost are your responsibility. Therefore we recommend that you request a proof of posting certificate available from your local Post Office free of charge.
Customers can return faulty goods for a full and complete refund. We will arrange this return. If you return via another provider Regatta Outlet will not be responsible for mis-use of the returns procedure when returning goods (faulty or otherwise) back to us. The refunded cost of returning goods to us can only be guaranteeed when agreed with our Customer Services in advance. If your item is faulty please call the Customer Service team on 0844 822 1144, they are available from 8.00am-8.00pm Monday to Friday, and will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
